Inisiasi menjadi bagian tidak terpisahkan bagi kerabat Antropologi. Acara tahunan yang menjadi ajang reuni tipis-tipis terutama bagi yang telah menjadi alumni. Perkenalan lebih dalam antara  kerabat dengan mahasiswa baru yang menjadi calon kerabat. Postingan ini menjadi semacam flashback dan kerinduan pada inisiasi antropologi Unair.   Menjadi pioner KKA Antropologi Unair sudah saya lakoni sejak tahun 2004 hingga 2011 dengan beragam suka dukanya.  Seksi Babad Alas  Tugas pioner tidak mudah. Menyiapkan ground dengan segenap fasilitasnya. Rela mengambil jatah off kuliah bahkan ada yang bolos berangkat mulai hari Rabu. Tinggal secara semi sedentair di bumi perkemahan 4 hari 4 malam. Antropologi Unair berduka.  Tanggal 30 Agustus 2018, Prof. Habil Josef Glinka,  SVD berpulang untuk selamanya.  Seorang antropolog asal polandia yang mendedikasikan hidup sebagai pelayan Tuhan dan mengabdi sepenuh hati untuk perkembangan antropologi ragawi di Indonesia.  Selamat jalan Prof Glinka, semoga dedikasimu menjadi inspirasi untuk perkembangan antropologi di Indonesia.
